OzarksGo is committed to providing accessibility features for our customers. We currently offer closed captioning and support for TTY telephone service.
If you have any questions about accessibility of our services, please call us at 1-866-569-2757.
OzarksGo TV carries closed captioning for every TV channel with closed captions available. To turn on closed captions, follow the directions for your television, or use the "C" key on the OzarksGo remote.
OzarksGo telephone service supports teletypewriter (TTY) equipment, which enables real-time telephone communication using text. We also offer access to the Telecom Relay Service (TRS), a telephone service that facilitates phone calls between people with hearing and speech disabilities and other individuals using standard voice telephones.
A TRS call can be initiated by a person with or without a disability by dialing 711 from a home phone, teletypewriter, or telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD).
OzarksGo supports all commonly used cross-manufacturer, standard TTY signal protocols. Voicemail, messaging, auto-attendant, and interactive voice response telecommunications systems that require a response from a user within a time interval will give an alert when the time interval is about to run out and provide sufficient time for the user to indicate more time is required.
